When I finally called about a few watches I was interested in, the woman who answered actually laughed at me, saying they don’t have what I was looking for and won't for a long time. She made it clear she wasn’t interested in my business, and it felt like I was dealing with rude staff. The utter lack of service compelled me to speak to customer service and share my story.
