CS Rep: "I'm very sorry to hear that, and I appreciate you reaching out. Could you please tell me more about what happened and when you visited?" Customer: "It was yesterday afternoon. Honestly, the staff were incredibly rude. Their demeanor was unhelpful and dismissive, and it really soured my entire visit. I've never encountered such poor service." CS Rep: "I'm truly sorry that was your experience. That is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. We value all our customers, and I want to assure you we take feedback like this very seriously. Can you tell me which staff member you interacted with, or describe them if you recall?"
